As the Project Executive, you must possess strong business acumen and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of all projects within given sector ensuring the project has adequate operational strategies in place to achieve the desired expectations.
- Manage risk and control expenses to ensure overall profitability in alignment with objectives.
- Instill passion and commitment toward a common goal that is built upon an established foundation of trust.
- Communicate ongoing, accurate, complete, and clear information to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact with clients and partners.
- Participate in industry associations, seminars, trade shows and events to develop market awareness to identify and track new business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to manage RFQ/RFP process and facilitate proposal team activities from pursuit decision stage through post-submittal stage.
- Identify, select, and onboard needed staff to support project pursuits and the group’s overall growth.
Experience
- 10-15 years' experience in project / program / construction management; experience on multiple side of the business (i.e., consultant, owner, owner rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years in a leadership role within a ground-up healthcare setting, preferred
- Professional license a plus
