Project Manager (Low Voltage/Aviation)

Low Voltage Project Manager needed for our exciting project at JFK Airport, Terminal 1. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of the projects with all related stakeholders, including airline representatives, design professionals, regulatory agencies and construction managers or contractors.

As the Project Manager, it is essential that you possess strong communication and team building skills along with reporting, management, and proven leadership capabilities. You must have the ability to work independently, collaboratively, with full transparency, as required by the client/project. In addition, you would be required to coordinate all aspects of projects with the various stakeholders in order to ensure their successful completion within the established quality, budget, time, operational and safety parameters.

Qualifications

• General low voltage scopes or network infrastructure, Telecom / Network Infrastructure, Security, SCADA/BMS, FIDS signage, etc would all be applicable.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
• 8-15 years' experience in project / program / construction management; experience on multiple side of the business (i.e., consultant, owner, owner rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus
• Aviation/building experience required
