As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and professional first impression. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage scheduling, including appointments and conferences.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the front office’s professional appearance and organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
