Job Description
This Director of Engineering will drive the development and implementation of novel materials or products manufacturing at scale. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of engineering experience in an industrial or pilot development environment, with experience in engineering leadership (5 years) and capital projects management ($5 million).
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. All positions come with a bonus plan and company stock options. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
