Responsibilities
* Drive process and equipment improvements for Group14 battery materials Manufacturing
* Direct process development and engineering teams consisting of plant engineers, process engineers, materials scientists, drafters, and modelers
* Direct all aspects of capital projects associated with process development
* Exercise process safety fundamentals to ensure safe design, as well as mentor newer engineers on the application and considerations for safe design
* Support project engineers in the execution and delivery of projects
* Lead the down selection process of new equipment vendors, manage vendor relationships, and negotiation new vendor contracts
