Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. The position will be based in Orangeburg, NY, and you will also be expected to work in the New York City office approximately one day per week.


The role:

You will be responsible for driving business performance, leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, continuously improving processes and systems currently in place, and engaging in decision support across departments.

What you’ll do:

The position of Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by collaborating with all departments and levels of the organization to ensure business performance as well as proper planning, budgeting, and forecasting.


  • Develop a close and trusted relationship with your business partners.
  • Lead the planning, budgeting and forecasting process with your business partners and monitor performance.
  • Provide analysis and insights through the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Calculate ROI of significant investments/projects and instill a ROI mind-set within the organization.
  • Look to continuously improve processes and systems.


You are:

  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Customer oriented, results driven, passionate about our brand.
  • A strong communicator.
  • A quick learner with an eagerness to grow their understanding of the business – natural business curiosity.


You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 7 years of progressive financial experience.
  • Prior experience within CPG, specifically beauty retail a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload while managing deadlines.
  • Fluency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility in systems and simple query codes.
  • Strong relationship, collaboration, and cooperation skills.
  • Desire and ability to drive positive changes in processes and systems.
  • Ability to drive projects and build new functionality/reports etc.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Salary: $105,000-$130,000
