BOUCHERON SEASONAL STORE ASSISTANT
RATE OF PAY: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
- Ensure a warm and luxurious welcome for clientele.
- Serve beverages.
- Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
- Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information.
- Conduct boutique tours.
Support for the Salesperson during sales:
- Support salespersons during product presentations.
- Listen attentively to client and salesperson requests.
- Adapt to each unique request.
- Package items in boxes, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates.
Participation in Boutique Operations:
- Contribute to store setup and maintain adherence to Boucheron guidelines.
- Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) and beverage replenishment orders.
- Implement safety rules within the boutique.
- Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams. Capture photos of items following House guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 year of proven experience in jewelry retail sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in multiple languages appreciated.
- Engaged, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
