In 2015, API Tech launched into the food-tech segment, with an industrial level requirement. By creating the Smart Machines, API Tech puts its technology at the service of pizzas!

Today, our Pizza Vending Machine (Smart Pizza Julia – UL certified) represents 98% of our revenue, and sales are increasing tremendously every year. We are already well-positioned in Europe with 3000 machines installed! And we are now looking to develop our sales in the United States, where we have already installed 20 machines.

Our factory and head office in the US are based in Braselton, GA.

We are currently looking for an IT Technician in Brasleton, GA.

Mission

You will be responsible for managing support requests related to the vending machine fleet, diagnosing issues, and proposing effective solutions to operational problems. You will work on the basis of information and priorities provided by the IT department manager

N 1: IT Department Manager

• Collaborates closely with the IT department manager based on the information and priorities provided.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Response to after-sales service requests and service calls
• Level 2 technical assistance, escalation after colleagues for level 3
• Remote interventions, assistance and troubleshooting on distributors' IT equipment
• Management of IT incidents on the dispenser fleet
• Entry and follow-up of tickets
• Drafting, providing and updating technical documentation on the perimeter
• Draft “IT” procedures and share them with the team.

• Compliance with internal IT charter
• Operate in compliance with internal standards and rules
• Apply current procedures
• Work on customer machines
• Identify reasons for malfunctions or breakdowns
• Ensure communication with customers
• Check that the solutions implemented are working properly
• Refer to supervisor in the event of problems related or unrelated to position

Specific professional knowledge

• Good communication skills (listening, oral communication)
• Good knowledge of area of intervention
• Knowledge of network administration
• Knowledge of system administration
• Basic knowledge of network equipment installation
• Comprehensive knowledge of various types of external equipment
