What are the responsibilities and job description for the SHIPPING CLERK position at GROUPE SEB Careers?
What we will achieve together :
- Process all necessary shipping documentation
- Review schedules to ensure carrier and load information have been updated on orders, and to verify shipping and 3rd party billing information is correct
- Shipcomplete orders once orders have been shipped
- Scan completed LTL and TL orders with all paperwork to exnet
- Maintain file room, including but not limited to Filing shipped orders
- Have all documents ready for the deliveries for the floor supervisors
- Supporting the performance of the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental System
- Make sure all reports are kept current.
- Maintain all necessary files
- Assist in all necessary aspects of the Distribution Admin team as needed.
Bring your competencies :
- Prior clerical experience in distribution or transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Warehouse management system experience – SAP
