Job Description: Associate Director, Commerce Analytics
ROLE SUMMARY & IMPACT
The Associate Director, Commerce Analytics, will play a pivotal role in advancing our commerce analytics practice, driving growth for some of the most well-known and beloved brands in the CPG space. This individual will focus on interpreting and delivering actionable insights from advanced attribution models, ensuring these insights translate into strategic value for clients and optimize media performance. By collaborating with internal teams and clients, this role will help uncover opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of media investments on commerce performance.
- Interpret and present insights from attribution models such as MMM and MTA to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Planning, Buying, and Investment) to translate analytics findings into actionable strategies.
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and integration to ensure data quality and consistency for analytics initiatives.
- Partner with clients to align on measurement objectives and tailor analytics deliverables to their specific needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities, including econometric and machine learning methodologies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings through clear storytelling and data visualization.
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance the analytics practice.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within analytics or related fields, with a focus on performance analytics
- Strong understanding of media and commerce performance metrics
- 1 years of experience with Amazon performance data
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting attribution model results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Neural Networks, and Machine Learning is a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $180,000
