Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Addiction Medicine Provider Leader to join our medical leadership team. As a Staff Provider, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients struggling with opioid addiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical direction and oversight to ensure delivery of evidence-based care
- Prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone and other approved medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead groups and provide individual counseling sessions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient encounters
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner with Active, Unencumbered Indiana APRN License and DEA certification
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing OUD with buprenorphine
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
