We are seeking a highly skilled therapist to join our team at Groups Recover Together. As a Clinical Recovery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and promoting recovery in our outpatient settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate immersive group therapy experiences that focus on building recovery skills and fostering a sense of community.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly by utilizing data from Core Milestones and NPS scores.
- Enhance community engagement through active participation in local events, meetings, and promotional activities that showcase Groups Recover Together's commitment to addiction recovery.
- Pursue opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing within the addiction treatment space by participating in relevant conferences and workshops.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Be actively licensed or certified in Maine behavioral health, with designations such as LADC, CADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- At least two years of direct experience in group therapy settings serving individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records, telehealth platforms, and various digital tools.
