Are you a compassionate BCBA looking to thrive and grow while enriching the lives of children in our community?
As a Supervising BCBA, you will use your skills to interact with children with developmental differences, such as Autism, and create a joyous learning environment to learn new skills. We utilize evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through the lens of trauma-assumed and compassionate care to support our clients as they learn new skills. You will spend each day supervising our amazing RBTs as they engage with children to help build their communication skills, social awareness and confidence.
The Supervising BCBA position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, who have an interest in teaching individuals with special needs, and who enjoy mentoring young professionals. BCBA e xperience is great, but not required. Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply! So what does this job look like? Supported by our fantastic team, you will :
- Supervise and mentor staff who work with kids with special needs between the ages of 2-22.
- Work part- or full-time hours between 8 : 30 AM and 5 : 30 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM (Fridays).
- Develop a range of niche skills between clinic, school or home based services, PFA / SBT, intensive parent coaching, early intervention, and more!
- Create meaningful change for children and their families.
