We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Bartender who’s ready to bring energy, passion, and great vibes to our taproom and winery. If you love craft beer, fine wines, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Serve up our handcrafted beers, local wines, and cocktails with skill and flair
- Create a welcoming atmosphere while building relationships with guests
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Mix creative cocktails and help shape the bar menu
- Educate guests on our brews and wines – be the face of our brand!
- Help train new bartenders and set the standard for great service
- Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow all safety standards
- Handle issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for guest satisfaction
Who You Are:
- Experienced behind the bar, with knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Passionate about craft beverages and hospitality
- Friendly, fast, and great under pressure
- A team player who leads by example
- Certified in alcohol safety training (bonus, but not required)
