Responsibilities
- Hire, Train, Develop and Manage Line cooks
- Create new dishes and seasonal menus with regards to local, fresh and seasonal products.
- Anticipate ingredient needs and quantities for sales volume.
- Ensure a productive, organized and clean kitchen flow that upholds business standards.
- Manage, develop and maintain all Vendors for the Kitchen.
- Manage and maintain all inventory Levels for all products needed for business operations...
- Conduct Periodic Reviews of Kitchen staff and Document all staff issues in accordance with Human Resources.
- Reports to Director of Food and Beverage
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Sous Chef or Chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and safety..
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and communicate clearly and professionally..
- Experience with purchasing and Vendor Knowledge.
- Must be Organized, clean, Efficient and Professional..
- Must be Serve Safe certified and must have PIC from State of Ohio
- Must have good track record with Health Department
- Adaptable to high traffic and high kitchen volume
