Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to creating beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape installation such as digging holes, planting trees, spreading rock, and cleaning up debris.
Duties
- Engage in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct landscaping duties such as weeding, mulching, planting trees or shrubs, and edging.
- Prepare properties for winter by performing snow plowing and removal as needed.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of tree care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment effectively.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job assignments.

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
