Candidates must be able to work in a cooperative spirit along with an existing group of dynamic staff members. We are looking for candidates who, in addition to having experience with upscale dining, are committed to customer service and gracious hospitality.
- Present warm and gracious, positive and professional demeanor
- Detail station according to standard
- Able to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner
- Minimum 2 years serving experience desired, however will train the right candidate
- Ability to perform necessary job tasks during early morning hours
- Must be willing to become TIPS certified
Requirements
- Knowledge of Breakfast and Lunch menu items.
- Knowledge of Specialty Coffee drinks with the ability to prepare.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS System.
- Alcohol training certified.
- Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology.
- Some knowledge of state liquor laws.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers and patrons in an English speaking environment
