Job Title : Pharma QA Engineer
Location : Hybrid – Boston, MA (2-3 days onsite)
Duration : 6 months (Potential to extend)
We are hiring a QA Engineer, and Operations Support to oversee quality activities in a cell & gene therapy environment. This role ensures compliance with GMP regulations and internal standards across facility, utility, and lab operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Review / approve calibrations, preventive maintenance, change requests, and lab operations.
Support validation activities for instruments, equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Oversee environmental monitoring, trending programs, and routine testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
5-7 years in QA / Quality Engineering within biotech, pharma, or cell & gene therapy.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, validation processes, and quality systems.
Experience with BMS / EMS, lab instrumentation, and environmental monitoring.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and multi-tasking skills.
