Job Title - Sr Electrical Engineer

Job Description -
- Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates FPGA blocks for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications.
- Determines design approaches and parameters.
- Simulates and or verifies FPGA designs to ensure proper functionality.

- What is your target years of experience? 6-10 years
Required:
- Experience designing Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), digital design of Integrated Circuits (IC), or Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC).
- Prefered:
- Strong preference for individuals familiar with AMD/Xilinx Zynq FPGAs including Vivado toolset.
- For individuals with experience implementing video subsystems in a FPGA design.
- Experience with simulation to support verification of above applications, including Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) and constrained random techniques.
- Familiarity with requirements driven safety critical government regulated industries such as medical or aerospace / defense.
Other nice to haves:
- Experience with digital design implementation including synthesis, timing, placement, routing, and power analysis.
