SUMMARY: The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in fleet, inventory and fixed asset management,
and general accounting. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and
improvement of financial systems and controls and the development and documentation of financial
processes and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in data analysis,
compliance, and relationship management to support the seamless operation of activities involving all
departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of the motor vehicle fleet, including:
- Fleet Operations Management
- Vehicle Procurement and Replacement
- Asset Management
- Assist with inventory management
- Review inventory transactions - identify issues and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure controls and policies & procedures are maintained and followed in all financial
- Provide feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas of
- General accounting duties to include:
- Fixed asset management, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal
- Perform month/year-end close activities, including preparing, reviewing, and assessing
transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare account analysis to review monthly variances to ensure expenses are posted to
- Prepare monthly G/L account reconciliations and corrects issues as they arise
- Special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
- 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of related accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with Fleet Management preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas and functions
- Up to 10% travel may be required
