The pay for this role is $19-$20.50/hour DOE. This is a full time position and requires open availability for mornings and weekends.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Supervises Maintenance Crew Members; assigns work, tracks attendance, and delegates daily and weekly tasks
- Trains, guides and coaches Maintenance Crew Members
- Assists with completing employee performance reviews
- Oversees work order execution and projects to SOP standards and performing overall quality of work performed by maintenance crew members
- Conducts research of active assets within the facility to better understand work requirements of material and properly trains maintenance crew members.
- Interacts with the leadership of other departments to ensure quality of work is sustained and executed per work requests.
- Assists with the receiving and reviewing requested materials ordered for facility needs
- Assists with ensuring proper inventory is maintained for all maintenance related items
- Operates material lifts as needed both inside and outside of the facility
- Performs minor repairs and maintenance of equipment
- Assists other departments with daily tasks when assigned
- Performs general maintenance of all facility equipment
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace; assigns cleaning tasks to ensure upkeep and delegates restocking of materials
- Communicates personnel notes and partners with management on personnel management including: recommending performance/disciplinary actions, schedule changes, and/or position changes.
- Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

- Must be 21 years old or older
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience
- Experience with computers and Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Six (6) months of facility support experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Regularly stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, walk, pull/push, carry up to 50 pounds, and grasp. On feet up to ten hours a day.
- Frequently walk, stand, crouch up to 10 hours a day.
- Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, talk, or hear
- Clearly see 20 feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
- Adaptability: ability to adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events in the work environment; ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks; ability to change approach or method to best fit the situation
