The Role: Account Rep

As an Account Rep, you’ll be the producer behind the scenes—launching and optimizing digital ads, fine-tuning campaigns, and setting our clients up for success. Your mission? To generate a steady stream of qualified leads that convert into paying members for our clients.

Salary: $40K - $55K annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST (hybrid)
Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677

How to Audition

• First Interview: If we like your vibe, our Talent Specialist will set up a Zoom chat to learn more about you.
• Second Interview: If we’re still vibing, you’ll meet our leadership team (also via Zoom).
• Skill Assessment: You’ll take a short test (~30 min) to show us your customer service, communication style, and marketing chops.
• Final Interview = Live Session: You’ll be invited to our office luncheon to meet the team, check out the space, and get a feel for the culture.
• Decision Time: It may take 1-2 weeks to make our final call. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll hear from us.
