About the Role:
As a Guest Happiness Coordinator, you are the face and first impression of Grow. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels warmly welcomed, beautifully cared for, and genuinely valued throughout their entire salon experience. You’ll handle check-ins, scheduling, service support, and client communications with positivity, polish, and professionalism — all while helping to keep our front desk and salon floor running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
- Manage client scheduling, confirmations, and adjustments using our online booking system (Boulevard)
- Maintain a polished, tidy, and welcoming front desk and lounge area
- Handle service checkouts, retail sales, and guest loyalty programs
- Communicate service offerings, retail promotions, and salon policies clearly and positively
- Collaborate with stylists and leadership to support a seamless guest experience
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and graciously
- Help troubleshoot minor scheduling or guest experience issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Assist with salon upkeep tasks as needed to maintain a beautiful environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or salon/spa front desk strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor — even under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask gracefully
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Comfortable using technology and booking software (training provided)
- A true team player who brings good energy to the team and the guests

Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Compensation:
- $10/hour while in supervised training
- $15/hour once trained and operating independently
- Opportunity to grow to $18–$20/hour based on performance, reliability, and leadership within the Guest Happiness Team
