Grow West Organics, Ukiah is seeking a customer oriented team member responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner and performing various clerical duties by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Answers multi-line telephone, takes accurate messages and relays telephone calls to the appropriate person.*
2. Enters purchasing information in computer and generates related reports for inventory control purposes.*
3. Performs daily billing functions; generates invoices for mailing and initiates shipping orders for back orders.*
4. Prepares bank deposits from cash, check and credit card remittances daily.*
5. Maintains adequate inventory levels by monitoring and replenishing as necessary.*
6. Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating new filing systems, as needed.*
7. Tracks delivery orders on computer to ensure timely delivery and expedites orders as required.*
8. Greets and screens incoming visitors/customers in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival.*
9. Receives and responds to inquiries and complaints via telephone, mail or in person, and process information in an efficient manner.*
10. Operates standard office equipment to include: multi-line telephone system, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, calculator, and computer/printer.*
11. Receives and signs for packages, and delivers to the appropriate person promptly.*
12. Responsible for lifting boxes of invoice paper, lifting and stocking computer paper and lifting boxes of envelopes.*
13. Provides administrative support for special projects to include research, compiling data and preparation of summary reports based on results.*
14. Files and retrieves files and records each day.*
15. Maintains a professional office environment and promotes a positive image.*
16. Contacts appropriate company for necessary maintenance or service on office equipment.*
17. Makes necessary changes to time cards to ensure accuracy for payroll processing.*
18. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel, Merchant Ag, Microsoft Edge and OnePoint.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
