Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Clinical Supervisor who can provide behavioral services to children with autism in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising technicians, program design for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and a commitment to cultural competency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessment
- Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings
- Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Utilize evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management
- Provide clinical direction, training, and support to behavioral technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in an ABA/BCBA Masters degree program
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Prior experience in supervising technicians and program design for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
