At Grow With Me – Creciendo Juntos, we focus on supporting children through their early years, providing services for children up to 10 years of age. You will be part of a team committed to making meaningful, positive changes in the lives of children and families.

Position: Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisor
Location: Paso Robles, CA and surrounding areas
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and educate parents/caregivers to help them better support their child’s development.
• Provide direct intervention services across home, school, and community settings.
• Develop individualized ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
• Utilize evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain detailed progress notes and case management documentation.
• Provide clinical direction, support, and hands-on training to behavioral technicians.
• Supervise both group and individual sessions, ensuring that each team member thrives.

Qualifications:

• An active Bachelor's degree and enrollment in an ABA/BCBA Master’s degree program.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in supervising technicians and designing programs for children with autism spectrum disorders.
• A commitment to working in a diverse, inclusive, and culturally competent environment.
• A valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish

Other Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to cover a 30-mile area from the assigned home office.
• Must pass all pre-employment checks, including background and physical tests.
• If driving is required, you must have valid insurance and vehicle registration.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
• You’ll have the flexibility to set your own weekly schedule in collaboration with families on your caseload.
