Speech Language Pathologist- Early Intervention Opportunity
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing early intervention services to children ages 0-3 in their natural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide developmental assessments and treatments using a play-based approach
- Collaborate with parents to develop home programs related to treatment goals
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to support the achievement of outlined goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery
- Prepare biannual progress reports
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Speech Therapy licensure in California
- At least one year of experience working with pediatrics
- Knowledge of early start, Regional Center, and various developmental delays
- Proficiency in speech-language therapy, transdisciplinary early-intervention theories, and rehabilitation principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to cover a 30-mile coverage area
- A valid California ID or driver's license
