The GROW team is looking for responsible, reliable, hard-working individuals to join us for the 2022 season and beyond. You will lead various gardening related tasks working with perennials, vegetables, annuals, trees and xeric plants. You will manage a crew in a rewarding and supportive work environment. This is a seasonal position, March-December with creative off season options. Weekly schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm and Fridays off.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job description:
-Lead a crew of 2-3 gardeners in the general landscape maintenance department
-Manage regular maintenance properties and act as the knowledgable expert on these properties and their unique maintenance needs
-Skilled landscape tasks including pruning and planting
-Use and operation of small power tools
-Proper pruning of shrubs, roses and small trees
-Softscape installation (plants, mulch, etc.)
-Weeding
-Irrigation knowledge is a plus
Duties:
-Planting and installs
-Digging and lifting
-Garden maintenance (weeding, deadheading, cleanup)
-Pruning
-Operation of small landscaping power tools
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have valid Colorado Drivers License
-Must have a reliable vehicle to get to/from our yard. Company vehicles are supplied for work activities.
-Previous landscaping/gardening experience required
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outside for long periods of time
