Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and guide day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company standards.

- Lead problem-solving efforts and implement systems that improve workflows and results.
Team Development and Culture Building
- Supervise and mentor team leads and staff, fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes to build and maintain a strong, values-driven team.
