DELIVERY DRIVER
Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports to: Store Manager
Pay Rate: $18- $21/hour, DOQ
- position to remain posted until at least 02/14/2025
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver product and transport CO2 gas 3 to 5 times per week in a 25,000 GVW box truck
- Receive, unload and shelf incoming inventory items
- Process and pack orders accurately
- Check and verify to fulfill customer orders
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Help organize backstock and perform inventory count
- Inspect products for damages; report as needed
- Help create a positive environment in which to shop and buy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Valid drivers' license
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers by speaking and listening
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. to waist height safely and repeatedly
- Ability to work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time

Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
