FACILITIES PROGRAM MANAGER
Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting, and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports To: VP of Retail & Wholesale
Salary Range: $80K - $90K / DOQ
- Position will remain posted until at least 02/15/2025
Purpose of Position: Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Facility Management company on facility maintenance issues related to stores
- Works with Operational Team on reporting and other duties
- Schedule routine facility maintenance and fleet maintenance as needed
- Reviewing and pulling camera footage as needed
- Assist with submitting support tickets for camera maintenance
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Develop procedures to ensure data integrity
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other team members to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, establish reports and data needed, create vendor related processes
- Handles day to day issues as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related field or relevant experience
- Proven experience as Office Administrator or Facilities Administrator is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Experience in Lucernex
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitasking
- Ability to work independently

Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more.
