Reports to: Spa Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Product and Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, along with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of aesthetic industry, product offerings, pricing structures, and membership programs. This role is essential in enhancing patient experiences and streamlining package creation to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Package Creation:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop attractive and effective service and product packages tailored to meet client needs and market trends.
- Evaluate and refine existing packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with customer expectations.
Membership Programs:
- Design, implement, and manage membership programs that encourage client loyalty and recurring visits to the spa.
- Monitor membership benefits and performance, making recommendations for enhancements based on customer feedback and industry standards.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered, including ingredients, benefits, and contraindications.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure all team members have up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and can effectively communicate this to clients.
Pricing Strategy:
- Assist in developing and maintaining transparent pricing structures that reflect the value of services and products while remaining competitive within the market.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to make informed decisions on product pricing and promotional strategies.
Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and recommendations for services and products based on individual needs.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to ongoing treatment.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing their overall experience at the spa.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, beauty, or wellness setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
