What You’ll Be Doing
As a Landscape Installation Laborer, you’ll assist experienced team members with tasks like:
- Planting shrubs, trees, flowers, and ground cover
- Installing sod, mulch, and pine straw
- Digging and prepping beds
- Moving and placing stone, soil, and landscape materials
- Using hand tools and light equipment
- Reading simple landscape plans and layouts
- Working together to complete full landscape installs

Pay & Growth Potential
- Starting pay: $40,000 per year with room to grow
- Promotions based on performance—advance to Crew Lead or Foreman roles
