Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Two plus years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is a plus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, press releases, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, develop social media campaigns, and engage with online communities to build brand awareness.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity and enhance our brand’s presence in the market.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and promotion of company events, webinars, and product launches.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis to help shape marketing strategies.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers to ensure positive media coverage.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication and marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content and campaign ideas
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) are a plus but not required
