The Strengthening Families Program Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the program's implementation within their designated region. Key duties include supervising Site Coordinators to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, facilitating staff recruitment and retention, and guaranteeing the effective delivery of the program curriculum. The Regional Supervisor ensures that all sites have adequate resources and supplies, conducts timely evaluations of coordinators, and reviews staff performance assessments. They maintain confidentiality, foster community partnerships, and support data collection and reporting processes. This position operates under the supervision of the SFP Program Director and requires professional conduct at all times.
Scope: The Regional Supervisor services include, but are not limited to, oversees program implementation, staff supervision, and compliance, ensuring program fidelity and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to support quality and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Supervise Site Coordinators to ensure all coordinators meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the contract and GHSE policies.
2. Verify with Site Coordinators that all sites comply with the requirements specified in the contract, providing support for hiring new personnel when necessary.
3. Ensure Site Coordinators recruit and maintain the personnel required to operate each site effectively.
4. Ensure Site Coordinators complete timecards accurately and approve them in accordance with GHSE policies.
5. Conduct evaluations of Site Coordinators promptly and as required.
6. Review staff evaluations completed by Site Coordinators in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and consistency.
7. Attend all necessary trainings and meetings before, during, and after the program’s completion.
8. Supervise program- or site-specific staff to ensure adequate monitoring of performance, provision of training, guidance, and timely evaluations.
9. Assist the Program Director in securing and maintaining appropriate facilities or locations for each active program.
10. Coordinate weekly debriefing sessions with Site Coordinators to maintain model fidelity, address issues, and promote continuous program quality improvement.
11. Participate in weekly debriefing sessions with the Program Director to report on model fidelity, discuss program quality, and address problems or challenges.
12. Follow up with Site Coordinators on data collection processes, outcome data, and ensure timely completion of all required reports.
13. Maintain active working relationships with community sites, coworkers, and supervisors to support program objectives.
14. Assist Site Coordinators with purchasing and preparing participant incentives and other necessary supplies, ensuring they align with program and organizational goals.
15. Monitor and ensure strict compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
16. Perform other duties as assigned to support program success.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The SFP Regional Supervisor supervises SFP Lead Site Coordinators.

- Exhibit attention to detail to complete program forms and maintain compliance with funder requirements.
- Ability to be a staff team player to achieve the goals of the program and of the agency.

- Minimum qualifications include an associate degree and previous knowledge and experience regarding the Strengthening Families Program (preferred) or similar program, child development, behavior management, and group dynamics.
