Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to cover the DFW & Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Eastern Arkansas regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industries, and will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the assigned territory. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DFW, Northern Texas, Oklahoma, and Eastern Arkansas regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including HVAC wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and metal products used in the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a large territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
