Growing Kids Learning Center at 1828 South 11th Street, Chesterton is seeking multiple Afternoon Part-time Preschool Teachers to join our vibrant team! We’re hiring full-time educators who are passionate, patient, and eager to shape young minds. Benefits: $500 Sign-on Bonus, $2 per hour attendance earnings per pay period, We provide an amazing childcare discount for all of our staff. Responsibilities:
- Design daily activities tied to our curriculum
- Lead fun, educational experiences for kids
- Keep a safe, organized classroom
- Support kids’ growth and milestones
- Build relationships with parents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year childcare experience preferred
- Collaborative and proactive attitude
- Pass background check, drug screen, physical, TB test
- Lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods
Schedule: Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends
