General Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide supervision and engagement with the toddlers at all times
- Carry out all classroom routines and activities while instilling a sense of structure, managing behaviors and meeting the needs of each student
- Provide care for toddlers by diapering and potty training, feeding, and engaging with them in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Maintain open and effective communication with your co-teacher through all aspects of the day to ensure consistency for the children
- Plan and implement age appropriate lesson plans and activities following the Clubhouse curriculum guidelines to assist in the development of the children, while collaborating with your fellow co-teacher
- Support a safe environment for the toddlers to learn and grow by ensuring the classroom is kept clean and organized at all times
- Have FUN and build unforgettable relationships with the children, parents and team!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
