About Us
Growing Minds Preschool & Academy is a brand new faith-based private school in Las Vegas serving Preschool through 8th Grade.
Our preschool program is built on the belief that young children are naturally curious, capable, and created to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. We combine a Biblical worldview with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, offering a learning environment where every child is seen, valued, and encouraged to grow in wisdom and wonder.

What You'll Do
Preschool educators at Growing Minds will use the BJU Press curriculum as a foundation and expand on it through Reggio-inspired project work, hands-on learning, and cross-disciplinary exploration.
In this role, you will:
- Design engaging classroom environments that inspire curiosity and connection
- Plan learning experiences based on students’ interests, seasons, and emerging questions
- Integrate biblical truths naturally into the rhythms of the day
- Foster language, motor, and emotional development through purposeful play
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Help shape the culture and identity of a brand-new preschool program
Qualifications
- Child Development Associates Certification
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification or willingness to pursue
- Prior experience in an early learning setting preferred
- Committed Christian aligned with Growing Minds’ mission and values
