Growing Minds is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! If you’re passionate about child-led, play-based therapy and want to be part of a boutique educational and wellness space, we’d love to connect.

Growing Minds is a small, client-centered practice that focuses on empowering children and families through engaging, individualized therapy. We specialize in speech sound disorders, early childhood speech-language development, social-pragmatic language, and executive functioning.

🎯 Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

🎯 Provide child-led therapy to support speech and language development

🎯 Work with EI & school-age children with speech, language, executive functioning, and social-pragmatic challenges

🎯 Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support

🎯 Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

🎯 Adapt therapy approaches to meet the individual needs and strengths of each child

✅ ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

✅ Licensed to practice in New York State

✅ Experience with early childhood and school-age populations

✅ Strong background in play-based, child-led therapy approaches

✅ Experience with executive functioning and social-pragmatic language therapy

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, growing practice
