- Supervise children at all times.
- Provide a safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in facilitating lesson plans and activities.
- Assist children with bathroom needs to include potty training as needed.
- Be sensitive to children’s feelings and responsive to their needs.
- Treat all children with dignity and respect, speaking to them one on one in a calm manner.
- Model good social skills to help children develop appropriate social behavior.
