Duties:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for students
• Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational institution
• Monitor student progress and provide support as needed
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of educational programs
• Manage maintenance needs and coordinate with maintenance providers

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) or CDA
• Head Teacher Certificate (Required)
• At least two years working as a Director in a childcare setting (Required)
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of higher education teaching methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of faculty and staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CT state regulations
