SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $55,000 - Annualy

Assists the Location Manager with the operations of assigned location including personnel, scheduling,
logistics, inventory, product handling, application services, and customer satisfaction. Assists in the
development and implementation of plans that maximize location profitability.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborates with Location Manager and Crop Specialist on planning, organizing, directing and
scheduling work assignments and product batching sequences for dry & liquid facilities
Responsible for the inventory control and turns in application records on a daily basis. Assures all
product is accounted for with either an invoice or delivery ticket.
Sets up material handling, blending, storage, transport and application equipment for blending and
delivery of products. Blends products according to recommended rates and procedures.
Completes delivery tickets, transfer tickets, and invoicing for fertilizer and crop protection loads
Provides customer service and billing information and invoices in a timely and accurate manner to
increase inventory accuracy, and maintain the reputation and prof itability of the organization.
Operates and maintains facility equipment and machinery in a safe, ef f icient, and economical way.
Schedules and performs maintenance of assigned equipment, rolling stock, and facilities.
Leads personnel to follow all safe operating procedures and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the facility according to company standards, maintains a
safe environment of the facility, and maintains the appropriate professional image.
Assists in sales with prospective accounts including, but not limited to, plant food, chemical, seed, custom
application, and precision ag.

Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration ef forts with logistics
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and
Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Requirements
Normally requires an Associate’s Degree in agricultural discipline, or the equivalent thereof , and 2 years
or more of agronomy operations related work experience or farming experience to demonstrate
knowledge to ef fectively assist in the management of the assigned facilities and personnel.
Demonstrates Essential Abilities Including Business Knowledge, Collaboration, Communication, Customer
focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Applicator’s core license with applicable weed,
insect, and disease certifications.
Must have and maintain a CDL license with a valid medical card and satisfactory driving record, as
applicable.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain required endorsements and any other applicable
certif ications, licenses, and permits.
Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
Prefer an understanding of GROWMARK agronomy and/or energy operations.
Frequently or continuously exposed or required to work in conditions that may include:

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
