Position Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who can effectively prospect, connect with decision-makers, and close deals. This role is ideal for those who excel in outbound sales, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline to maximize earnings.
Income Potential – What You Can Earn
This is a high-ticket commission role with uncapped earnings. Here’s an example of what’s possible:
Closing just ONE marketing agency for 100 white-label client accounts would earn you:
Over $10,000 in upfront commission
&
$3,500 in monthly residual income for as long as the accounts remain active (you become the account manager).
Imagine closing multiple agencies or scaling up retail clients—the earning potential is unlimited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Use calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to connect with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of leads and opportunities to ensure consistent deal closures.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential clients on Share of Local Voice strategies and how they can dominate their local markets.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Industry Research & Networking: Stay informed on market trends and leverage insights to improve sales performance.
- Long-Term Growth: Continue earning monthly residual income from all closed deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in outbound B2B sales with a track record of prospecting, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline. Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, advertising sales, or other high-ticket B2B sales is a plus but not required.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals in the $5K–$100K range.
- Resourcefulness & Persistence: Ability to identify decision-makers and use all available tools to connect with them.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for sales outreach and CRM systems.
- Location: Must be based in or around Northern New Jersey, as we are opening an office in the area. While this role is remote, there will be opportunities for in-person collaboration as we establish our local presence.
