Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in cold outreach, lead generation, and high-ticket B2B sales. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while also contributing to our upcoming Northern New Jersey office expansion.
Income Potential – What You Can Earn
This is a high-ticket commission role with uncapped earnings. Here’s an example of what’s possible:
Closing just ONE marketing agency for 100 white-label client accounts would earn you:
Over $10,000 in upfront commission
&
$3,500 in monthly residual income for as long as the accounts remain active (you become the account manager).
Imagine closing multiple agencies or scaling up retail clients—the earning potential is unlimited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of leads, ensuring consistent deal closures.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential clients on GeoGrid Targeting, demonstrating how it can give them an edge in local search rankings.
- Client Engagement: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued success.
- Industry Research & Networking: Stay informed about digital marketing trends to refine sales strategies.
- Long-Term Growth: Continue earning monthly residual income from all closed deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in outbound B2B sales with a proven track record of prospecting, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline. Industry experience in digital marketing, SaaS, advertising sales, or other high-ticket B2B sales is a plus but not required.
- Sales Expertise: Strong cold calling, prospecting, and deal-closing skills in the $5K–$100K range.
- Persistence & Resourcefulness: Ability to find and connect with decision-makers using multiple outreach tools.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Location: Must be based in or around Northern New Jersey, as we are expanding and opening an office in the area. While this role is remote, local candidates will have opportunities for in-person collaboration.
