Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to support our growing Accounting team. This newly created role will focus on various accounting functions from the customer perspective to support multiple daily responsibilities from order intake through to collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Receivable Management :

Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on service agreements and project milestones.

Assist in tracking and recording cost of sales, ensuring all costs related to projects are accurately captured.

Assist in tracking project progress and applying the percentage of completion method for revenue recognition.

Monitor projects from order intake through to completion, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately captured and documented.

Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications :
