GTI Energy is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator to join the team in Goodyear to manage and implementation and day-to-day requirements of the Company's new ERP system - NetSuite. This role will ensure NetSuite's smooth operation by managing user access, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing updates, performing data backups, and providing technical support to users across various departments, all while aligning with business needs and optimizing system performance.
Responsibilities :
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the ERP system.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Performing regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Installing and configuring ERP system updates and patches.
- Maintaining system security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the ERP system, including data errors, system crashes, and user login problems.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
- Analyzing business processes and workflows to optimize ERP system usage.
- Gathering requirements for new features or modules and working with the ERP vendor to implement them
- Generating reports and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Managing data migration processes between different systems.
