GTI specializes in the design, engineering, fabrication, and deployment of custom modular structures, shipping container-based structures, and ballistic metal fabrication. We serve multiple industries, including DOD contractors, military, disaster relief, and commercial markets. Our containerized and modular solutions are all built in-house at our factory in Buffalo, NY. Manufacturing capabilities range from military training, live fire enclosures, bathroom / shower units, expeditionary camps, medical facilities, water treatment, electrical / energy storage enclosures, and much more.

The GTI team consists of professionals spanning from fabrication and engineering to government and military specialists. Our combination of expertise allows us to provide top quality solutions and customer service for various industries and missions.

This is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 3pm-11 : 30pm

Job Responsibilities :

• Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive heavy industrial assembly operations in support of production projects, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Blueprint Reading : Utilize your ability to read and interpret simple blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
• Power Tools : Safely operate power tools and equipment required for the assembly and construction processes.
• Cleans parts prior to production use as required.
• Supports cycle count activity, inventory handling, and inventory transactions following established material procedures.
• Participates in continuous improvement and team building activities; maintains productive working relationships with all team members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Complete sheeting, trimming, and plumbing as needed for customer projects.
