Champion sales of maintenance contracts for landscape and snow removal services to commercial real estate and critical infrastructure facilities
Due to our clients ongoing growth investment as one of Michigans largest family-owned landscape companies with branches throughout the state, they are adding to their Commercial Business Development team in southeast Michigan:
Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
Network - Represent company in professional groups, associations and events
Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals
Relationship building proactively communicating with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales

Requirements:
You are considered extroverted, intuitive, charismatic and a closer
References of 5 years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater southeast Michigan market
4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
