About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape maintenance services to CRE and class A office facility clients.
- Network and represent the company in industry associations, professional groups, chambers, and events.
- Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that align with client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals within the San Fernando Valley business and facility markets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of front-line sales experience in commercial services to facility and property managers.
- Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot, Aspire, or Proposify.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
